Yes! Due to the level of care, attention and high-touch support my clients deserve - I cap these spots to a small handful of clients each quarter. This helps to ensure you get my upmost attention and time each week to support your growing business.
Am i ready to hire you?
You’re ready if your business is growing, your plate feels full, and you’re ready to step off the “doing everything yourself” hamster wheel. Typically, my clients are:

How is this different from a VA or business coach?
A VA handles tasks, a coach helps guide you to your next steps, but an OBM does both and more. I step in as your strategic partner, managing operations, systems, projects, and marketing while making high-level decisions to help your business grow. That means your business runs smoothly, scales sustainably, and doesn’t rely entirely on you to keep it moving.
do you require a 90-day minimum contract?
Yes! I require a 90-day minimum so we can get real results. It takes time to understand your business, implement systems, manage projects, and see growth. Short-term engagements don’t give your business the support it truly needs. After the first 90 days, you have the ability to transition to month-to-month if you wish.
